The 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan is Coming to Oakbrook

The 2013 Tiguan: What to Expect
As anyone in Addison, Oakbrook, Schaumburg, or Elmhurst can tell you, updates on the 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan have been distressingly scarce, but, given the popularity of this compact crossover SUV, we’re confident that Volkswagen has big things in store. For instance, there have been rumors of a possible diesel version of the Tiguan for 2013, an option that was previously not available in the 2012 Tiguan. Should this happen, the engine for the job is expected to be the same as the one in the diesel editions of the Golf and the Jetta, namely a 2.0L model that pumps out 140 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. With this engine’s history, we could see the possibility of a Tiguan capable of over 30 mpg highway!
