This was my 6th Volkswagen purchase and the best by far. After contacting many Volkswagen dealers in the City where I reside and a few closer suburban locations, Larry Roesch made my trip out to Bensenville worth my while. They did not have the exact car in stock that I was looking for but promised to deliver within 48 hours. I picked up my car the next day equipped exactly as promised, clean and filled with gas. My father is in the market for a Passat now after he has seen mine and will be making his purchase there this week. Top notch service! Thanks Rich (Sales Manager) and Kevin (Salesperson)

If you're in the market for a new Volkswagen ask for Kevin Maya. In my quest for a car Kevin has by far been the best sales person I've encountered.
Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable. I love his enthusiasm for the cars he sells. He provided one of the most informative test drives I've ever been on (I've owned 2 other new cars). Kevin never pulled the classic "car sales person" moves on me and I never felt pressured.
"So, did you buy the car?" you ask. No, unfortunately I did not, but it had nothing to do with the experience or Kevin. It came down to my fiscally responsible side deciding I wasn't ready to dive into a brand new car (yet).
If everything was so great, why didn't I give the dealership and Kevin 5 stars? Only for the reason that I didn't go through the entire process with them, so I'm not sure how the sale and post-sale process goes.

Nobody, including myself would ever know that I had my back window replaced. They, also told me I had a recall on my car and they fixed the problem free of charge. They even brought me back to work and picked me up once my car was done. The people that work at this Volkswagen dealership really go above and beyond. They should be an inspiration for other car dealerships.
